A Prayer for the Journey
God who understands our humanity, thank you that you know what we need even before we do. Thank you for providing for us in ways we could never expect. We are called again to be on a journey to seek a settled pastor. Bless us, we pray. Calm our fears, save us from discouragement, and help us stay on course. Open our hearts to your guidance so the journey continues as one of trust in your everlasting love. Continue to show us how to grow in our commitment to Christ and to one another. May we choose a faithful pastor who will join us in our ministries in this congregation, in our community, and throughout the world. Amen.
